Prayer Team, Events – Help organize and support larger church prayer gatherings. Work with prayer team event coordinator as needed.

Parenting, Grief, Veterans, Sports/Interest areas, Athletics, Addiction recovery, weight loss, depression, Young Moms, Preschool Moms, Single Dads…you name it!

Life Groups Leader
Life Groups Leader – Have a heart to get people together to study the bible, or topics from the bible, and share life together.
Coordinate the time, location, and topics for study, and facilitate conversation for the study.

Tech Team Leader
Tech Team Leader – Ensure that all technical aspects of the service enhance the message and worship experience.
Oversees Sound Team Leader, Media Team Leader, and Lighting Team Leader. Tech Team leader must be proficient at ProPresenter, the lighting rig, and the sound board. Also able to install and maintain all equipment.
Rehearsals as assigned Thursdays at 6pm – 9pm, Sundays as assigned 6:45am – 12:30pm & other times as assigned.

Lighting Team Leader – Create a visually beautiful worship experience at River Club Church. Know our lighting system inside-out so you can train and schedule a team of lighting volunteers. Work with set design team to build incredible stage for each sermon series.

Train, schedule and oversee media team volunteers while leading them to create excellence in River Club productions. Have capability to operate, maintain and install all media equipment. Proficiency in ProPresenter.

Audio Engineer Team Member
Audio Engineer Team Member – Ensure that all audio aspect of the service enhance and do not take away from the message.
Report to Audio Engineer Team Lead. Be proficient at operating sound board. Help run sound for Sunday services, special events, and holiday services, and schedule audio team.

Worship Leader – Lead the congregation in Worship
Work with Music Minister to lead the River Club Community in praising God through song. Prepare scripture or story transitions to highlight song meanings, while leading with vocals, and piano or guitar. Scheduling Songs and band members for River Club Services.

Graphic Designer
Graphic Designer – Create excellent graphics that support the needs of various ministries of the church.
Create slides for weekly services, logos and design elements for marketing materials including social media, website, and external publications.

Chair Team Member
Chair Team Member – Reports directly to Chair Team leader. Serve your River Club family by setting up and tearing down chairs before the first service and after second service.

Usher – Report directly to Lead Ushers. Help River Club People have the best experience possible at River Club Church by seating them, directing them to information, and supporting the Lead usher in other worship service duties.

Lead Usher – Help the people at River Club Church to have the best experience possible.
Reports directly to head Usher. Train and lead the team of ushers in several duties during Sunday worship services. Manage the time of giving and keeping attendance records on Sundays.

Tech Leader – runs the computer, slides and sound for the large group lesson and worship.
Time commitment is 30 minutes on a Sunday, serves twice a month.

Elementary Small Group Leader – cares for the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the children; prepares to teach the small group lesson plan for that Sunday; connects with parents through encouragement and support.

Preschool Small Group Leader – cares for the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the children ages 18 months to 4 years old. Prepares to teach the lesson plan for that Sunday.

Nursery Small Group Leader – cares for the physical and emotional needs of babies and supports and encourages the parents.

Check-In Greeter – greets families, assist parents and children with check-in and printing badges; helps direct new families to child’s classrooms.

Elementary Large Group Coordinator – recruits, schedules, trains and mentors the volunteer team who brings the theatrical lesson to the K-5th grade children.

Cook & Serve / Brisben Homeless Shelter
Prepare, cook and serve dinner at the Thurman Brisben homeless shelter with a team from River Club Church.
Days: First Friday every month 4:30-7:00pm

Meals Team Ministry
Join the meals team ministry to bless families in and outside our church during times of transition or crisis. Whenever a baby is born, a move is made, hospitalizations, or there’s a loss in the family, we have a chance to show someone we care by providing dinners for a short period of time. You will receive an e-mail from the team coordinator when a need arises, and respond as you are available.

Goal: Mentor and share life with a 10th grade boy. To speak truth and encouragement into their life, while building an intentional Christ-centered relationship.
Responsibilities: Attend weekly OVERFLOW to hang out and connect with your student and their peers. Pray for your student, connect weekly, and celebrate life with them.
Time: Sunday Evenings 4:00-6:00pm, weekly, monthly as connection is needed.
