StudentLife is a community of 6th to 12th grade students who gather weekly for this purpose: to Experience Life in Jesus. We are striving to be relevant in our teaching, real in our conversations, and equip students with the knowledge and understanding of God’s grace, mercy and love.
Sunday Mornings | The Gathering
Students crave relationships and connecting. The Gathering is a great place for students to be known in a safe, non-intimidating atmosphere. We meet during the 11am service in the Student Center. Our program is designed to connect students to each other. We cover the same messages being shared in the main service, but geared towards students with a lot of dialogue.
The first Sunday of the month we do not have our regular program, but instead join in on the main service. We want students to feel that they are a part of the larger church body as well, not their own church. We sit together. We worship together. And we grow together.
Sunday Evenings | SL Nights
SL Nights take place every 2nd and 4th Sunday evening of the month from 4-6pm. It’s a time to be relational with all of our students. And since students crave relationships, everything is centered around students connecting.
Here, we’ll have some type of themed hangout, whether it’s just simply open gym or a night of “Messy Wars,” followed by a testimony or story of something God is doing in one of our students’ life. Students want to be known and know that someone is interested in the details of their lives. This happens in community.
Join us. Get connected. And let’s write better stories together.
Wednesday Evenings | Life Groups
We believe that deep investing happens when we dig into God’s word together. Every Wednesday evening from 6-8.30pm, there is a middle school and a high school group that meets to discuss what living for Jesus looks like in our daily lives.
These conversations are geared towards the specific age group break down, challenging students to become desperate for Jesus. It’s a time to laugh, cry, pray and worship together as a community.
Student Leadership Team
Students may choose to take their faith a step further by serving on our Student Leadership Team, m68. The name comes from Micah 6:8 which states, “Act justly, love mercy, walk humbly with Your God.” These principles are the mission and purpose of this team. Our m68 team helps plan and steer events and dream up unique and relevant ways for students to encounter Christ.
