What is myRiverClub?
myRiverClub provides members and regular attendees 24/7 access to their information in our church database. myRiverClub lets you view your River Club group and ministry involvement, giving history and more. Your myRiverClub account also gives you log-in rights to our Engage discipleship tool, using your email address and myRiverClub password. This is a secure system supported by ACS Technologies, the largest developer of church management software.

Is myRiverClub Secure?
Yes. The confidentiality of your data is a priority. myRiverClub is a secure site that is supported by ACS Technologies. They are the largest developer of church management software in the industry.  To ensure your data is 100% secure and protected, they utilize the most up-to-date security technology available.

What if i do not want my contact information to be seen by other myRiverClub users?
Once you are logged on, you may go to your personal preferences page and change your options. The default setting allows other users to see your address, phone number, family photo, and email address ONLY if you are in the same small group, ministry team or if you choose to opt-in to the church directory. The default setting for our directory is to only include those who choose to “opt-in”.

Who will have access to my giving record?
You and authorized office staff will be the only people that have access to information about your giving record.

What if my giving record appears to be incorrect?
Since we use a separate company for online giving, and post these giving figures at the end of each month, they might not match. Your correct YTD online giving can always be found in the online giving area our website. If you do not give online, and your giving appears incorrect, please contact the church office.

Who can see my contact information on the myRiverClub site?
Only registered users have access to contact information. No one else on the internet can see your information. Users MUST be in our River Club database before they are given a password.

What if I lose my password?
Send an email to Steve Mudre and request a password change. Administrators cannot see user passwords because they are private. They can only reset passwords. Once a password is reset, your new password will be emailed to you. Once you are logged back in, you will need to go to “My Personal Preferences” page and choose “Change My Password.” Your new password will take effect immediately.

Can I reset my password?
Yes. Go to the “My Personal Preferences” page within myRiverClub and select “Change My Password.” Your new password will take effect immediately.

Can I bookmark the myRiverClub webpage so I don’t have to go through the church website?
Yes. Click here for the myRiverClub Login Screen. Please feel free to save this page to your favorites list in your web browser for easy access.

How do I update my personal information?
Go to the “My Complete Profile” tab in myRiverClub. Click on the “Pencil Icon,” or choose “Edit” in the upper right hand corner. After you update your record, then click “Submit.” This action will submit a change request to our site Administrator, who will access our off-site server, basically forwarding the update to our server (myRiverClub is a web-based companion to our main database/off-site server). These updates are normally processed within two business days.
