Parent’s Night Out

On Saturday, February 11th River Club Church is opening it’s doors to the kids in our community, so their parents can enjoy a night out without having to pay for childcare! We’ll show love to our friends, neighbors and co-workers who may not typically attend church, but would love to take advantage of having a safe place to leave their kids while they enjoy a rare evening of adult social time.

Those of us who attend River Club can extend invitations to parents of kids 12 and under to leave their kids at the church from 6-9pm that evening. Then, you can choose to join them for some adult social time, or you can choose to serve in the church that evening, assuring your friends that their children will be well cared for while they are out on the town. Printed invitations will be available Sunday morning at a table in the lobby.

In short, sign up to serve, invite your friends, and grab your invitations on Sunday!

Pre-planned activities for that evening include crafts, games, active play in the gym, and a girls’ spa night from 6 – 7:30pm. Kids can wear their jammies, bring a favorite stuffed animal or blanket, and favorite board game. From 7:30-9pm we’ll be showing the movie “An American Tail.”
